DJ Lou Vera will kick off the night at 7pm to get us warmed up and then at 8pm Good Foot takes the stage for a hour show and then Agua Dulce will follow with their own hour show. We’ve done this together once before, and the energy was off the charts. Come ready to dance.

Good Foot steps into a simmering musical cauldron of driving bass and drums, dancing percussion, shimmering guitars, soaring vocals and wailing horns!

Agua Dulce (Awa-dulse) is a high-energy Latin band based in Honolulu, Hawaii, comprised of some of the most exciting musicians on the island. This group of friends sets the whole dance floor in motion with an exciting mix of traditional salsa, merengue, and bachata rhythms infused with splashes of modern bass-driven reggae, hip-hop, jazz and funk.

Nextdoor in the heart of Chinatown has played a big part in the revival of Hotel Street as a center for nightlife in Honolulu. It’s a terrific venue with a big stage for these larger bands and plenty of room to dance. If you haven’t been there for awhile you may be surprised by the warmer vibe and warmer sound, but they still keep the room cool while the dance floor heats up.
