This is an open call for dancers/ singers/ musicians and their students!

Call time for performers: 3:30 pm

If you are interested and available, please respond with the below information to medah808@gmail.com

1- Name and brief description of your style of dance or the piece you have chosen to perform:
2- Song: (Limited to 6 Minutes for groups)
3- Entrance: (Starting on or off stage)
4- Names and full headcount of participants: (this list will be at the front door)
5- Any additional info or request that MEDAH needs to know:

Deadline for submissions will be 10/21/2018

Teachers must be a MEDAH member to perform! If you haven’t joined or renewed your membership, please do so prior to meet the deadline for the call of performers. Please keep in mind that if your submission is incomplete unfortunately we are unable to hold a performance slot for you.

Students do not need to be a MEDAH member and will receive free admission to the event to participate with their instructor.
